κρῆναι καὶ ποταμοὶ καὶ ἄλσεα, καὶ λαλαγεῦντες
ὄρνιθες λιγυροὶ καλὸν ἐπ᾽ ἀκρεμόνων,
αὖραί τε μαλακὸν συρίγμασι κῶμα φέρουσαι,
καὶ κῆποι Χαρίτων εἰς ἓν ἀγειρομένων,
κλαύσατε. ὦ χαρίεσσ᾽ Εὐφημιάς: ὥς σε θανών περ
Εὐφήμιος κλεινὴν θήκατ᾽ ἐπωνυμίην.
