τὰς τρεῖς μοι Χάριτας λεύσσεις, ξένε: ποντομέδων
γείτονος ἐκ πόντου τὴν μίαν εἰργάσατο:
τὴν δ᾽ ἑτέρην ἐτέλεσσε φυτῶν εὔκαρπος ἀλωή:
τὴν δ᾽ ὑπολειπομένην τοῦτο τὸ λουτρὸν ἔχει.

Thou seest in me the three Graces, stranger.
Poseidon wrought the one from the neighbouring
sea, the second is the work of my garden rich in
produce, and the remaining one is supplied by this
bath.
