α. κρηναῖαι λιβάδες, τί πεφεύγατε; ποῦ τόσον ὕδωρ;
τίς φλὸξ ἀενάους ἔσβεσεν ἠελίου;

β. δάκρυσιν Ἀγρικόλαο τετρύμεθα: πᾶν δ᾽ ὅσον ἡμῖν
ἦν ποτὸν ἡ κείνου διψὰς ἔχει σποδιή.
