Νεῖλος ἑορτάζει παρὰ Θύμβριδος ἱερὸν ὕδωρ,
εὐξάμενος θύσειν Καίσαρι σῳζομένῳ:
οἱ δ᾽ ἑκατὸν βουπλῆγες ἑκούσιον αὐχένα ταύρων
ᾕμαξαν βωμοῖς Οὐρανίοιο Διός.
