De l'homme au nez crochu, de Nicôn, je vois le nez, Ménippe. L'homme, lui, il n'est plus bien loin, selon toute apparence. Il va venir, attendons-le seulement: tout au plus, à mon sens, il est à cinq stades de son nez. Vois, ce nez s'avance, il le précède; si nous nous postons sur une haute colline, nous verrons aussi Nicôn.
