οὐδεὶς καὶ καθαρὸς καὶ μείλιχος ἤλυθεν ἄρχων

ἓν γὰρ ἑνὸς δοκέει δόγματος ἀντίπαλον
τὸ γλυκὺ τοῦ κλέπτοντος, ὑπερφιάλου δὲ τὸ ἁγνόν.
ὄργανα τῆς ἀρχῆς ταῦτα δύ᾽ ἐστὶ πάθη.
