ἤδη, φίλτατε λύχνε, τρὶς ἔπταρες: ἦ τάχα τερπνὴν
εἰς θαλάμους ἥξειν Ἀντιγόνην προλέγεις;
εἰ γάρ, ἄναξ, εἴη τόδ᾽ ἐτήτυμον, οἷος Ἀπόλλων
θνητοῖς μάντις ἔσῃ καὶ σὺ παρὰ τρίποδι.
